How to operate the vibratory hammer correctly:

1. After the vibrating hammer starts to operate, it can only operate when the amplitude reaches the specified value. When the pile cannot be pulled out even after the amplitude is normal, a vibratory pile hammer with higher power should be used instead.

2. When clamping piles, no gap should be left between the clamper and the head of the pile, and only after the pressure gauge shows that the pressure reaches the rated value, the crane can be commanded to lift.

3. When pulling out steel sheet piles, the hydraulic vibration hammer rental manufacturer should be pulled out in the opposite direction of the sinking order. When clamping the sheet piles, the clamp should be close to the adjacent one. central. If the heads of the steel sheet piles and I-piles are drilled, the drilled holes should be welded flat or cut off the drilled holes, and reinforcement plates can also be welded at the drilled holes, and the steel sheet piles should be strictly prevented from being pulled out.

4. During the pile sinking process, when the ammeter index rises sharply, the rental speed of the pile sinking high-power vibratory hammer should be reduced to prevent the motor from overloading; but when the pile sinking is too slow, a certain amount of equipment can be added to the vibratory pile hammer. 5. Before sinking the pile, the vibratory hammer should be positioned at the front end of the pile, and the verticality of the guide rail and the pile should be adjusted so that the inclination should not exceed 2°.

6. When the pile is sinking, the wire rope of the lifting pile should be loosened closely following the sinking speed of the pile. Before the pile person is 3m, the pile crane can be rotated or the guide rod can be used to move back and forth to correct the verticality of the pile; when the pile person's soil exceeds 3m, no further correction is allowed.

7. When pulling out the pile, when the buried part of the pile body is pulled up by 1.0~1.5m, the vibration should be stopped, the steel wire rope for lifting the pile should be fastened, and the pile should be vibrated again. When the pile tip is only 1~2m underground, the vibration should be stopped, and the pile should be pulled directly by the crane. After the pile is completely pulled out, the clamp must not be loosened before the pile hoisting wire rope is tightened.

8. During operation, when the hydraulic hose is damaged, the hydraulic control box fails or the power is cut (including the fuse blown), the machine should be stopped immediately, the reversing switch should be placed in the "middle" position, and safety measures should be taken. The pile falls off the holder.

9. During operation, maintain good lubrication for each friction part of the vibration damping device of the vibratory pile hammer.
